Red Loves Blue Spring Flower Pin Cushion in an Origami Gift Box

This cute pincushion will bring the spring in your studio.

It will also make lovely and frequently used gift, to remind the recipient about you. It will arrive in tissue paper and placed in a brown paper origami box, tied with pink satin ribbon.

It is one of the cutest useful little gifts for the sewing addicted talents on your gift list, you can think of.

Pure cotton, filled with polyester fill and carefully tied with Perle cotton and cheerful accent button. Measures 3,5" /9cm/ in diameter and is 1,5" /3,5 cm/ high. All made by me, including the box.

Top fabric - red paisley print , bottom fabric - pale blue solid, tied with variegated red to pink Perle cotton thread and accented with a classic yellow button on one side and red and white flower button on the other, to make it extra special.

I usually place buttons only on side of my pincushions. This way I always know which side is up and which down. It is important for these pins that tend to go so deep in the cushion. However this flower button did insist on joining the pin cushion!

As with all my creations, fabrics are pre-washed to prevent shrinking so you can machine wash the pincushion. It will stay beautiful.
